摘　　要：DF5B型内燃机车柴油机排气时冒黑烟是一个综合问题,可由进气系统故障、压缩压力问题、功率超载等造成.因此,首先从进气系统的空气滤清器、增压器、中冷器展开技术分析,其次从影响压缩压力的压缩比调整垫、活塞环、气缸套、气门等几个方面加以分析;再次从造成功率超载的联合调节器、可调电阻等角度进行探讨.利用全系统分析的方法提出可行的解决措施.Black smoke from diesel engine exhaust of DF5B diesel locomotive is a comprehensive problem, which can be caused by intake system failure, compression pressure problem, power overload and so on. Therefore, the technical analysis is carried out from the air filter, supercharger and intercooler of the intake system first;the second aspect is analyzed from several aspects, such as compression ratio pad, piston ring, cylinder so on which affect the compression pressure;the third aspect is discussed from the angle of combined regulator, adjustable resistance and so on which cause power overload, and use the system-wide analysis method to propose feasible solutions.
