摘  要:目的:了解深圳市坪山区社区0~3岁婴幼儿超声骨密度的现状,探讨不同人群育儿环境对婴幼儿骨密度的影响,为社区婴幼儿保健工作提供科学的参考数据及指导依据。方法:随机抽取2018年1月至12月在深圳市坪山区人民医院六联健康服务中心进行儿童保健的400例0~3岁婴幼儿作为研究对象,采用超声骨密度检测其左侧胫骨的超声速度(SOS)和Z值,并通过调查问卷结果分析不同人群家庭养育环境对婴幼儿骨密度影响。结果:社区婴幼儿骨密度不足与居住环境、户外活动时间、补充维生素D、父母收入及学历具有相关性(P <0.05),与性别、胎次、喂养方式、添加辅食时间无明显相关性(P> 0.05)。结论:婴幼儿时期骨密度受家庭育儿环境因素影响较大,应加强家庭环境的改善,并动态关注婴幼儿骨健康问题。Objective To understand the status of the bone mineral density(BMD) of infants aged 0~3 years in Pingshan District, Shenzhen city, and to explore the influence of different child-rearing environment on BMD of infants, so as to provide scientific reference data and instruction basis for the caring of infants in the communities. Methods Randomly select 400 infants and young children aged 0 to 3 years old in Liu Lian health service center of Pingshan district people’s hospital, Shenzhen from January to December 2018 as the research object, detect the Speed of Sound(SOS) and Z value of the left tibiae. To analyze the influence of different child-rearing environment on BMD of infants by questionnaire. Results Insufficient bone density of infants and young children in the community was correlated with living environment, outdoor activity time, vitamin D supplementation, parental income and education(P < 0.05), and there was no significant correlation with gender, parity, feeding style, and supplementary food supplementation time(P > 0.05). Conclusion Bone mineral density of infants is mainly affected by family environment, so the family environment should be improved, and the bone health of infants should be concerned dynamically.
