摘　　要：该文一是阐述了开展职业生涯规划教育的必要性,二是思考在"大健康"视域下开展职业生涯规划教育的新方法,三是构建大健康视域下医学生职业生涯规划教育体系,促进医学生优质就业。This paper firstly expounds the necessity of developing career planning education,secondly thinks about the new method of developing career planning education from the perspective of"big health",thirdly constructs the career planning education system for medical students from the perspective of"big health",and promotes the high-quality employment of medical students.
