摘　　要：维贝克(Peter-Paul Verbeek)是荷兰现象学传统技术哲学的代表学者,以“道德物化”(Moralizing Technology)的观点闻名于国内学界。他的技术调节论(Technical Mediation)却未受到应有重视。理论上,正是因为有了技术调节的逻辑,技术非中立性的工具,技术与人是相互塑造、纠缠的关系,才使得“道德物化”可能。技术调节从本体的(ontic)角度批判了技术异化和技术本体论形而上的本体论(ontological)属性。依托现象学视野,在经验转向的背景下,维贝克尝试运用人技关系理论、行动者网络理论、装置范式理论,发展和构建以后现象学为理论基础的、以技术人工物及人技关系为焦点的、以技术实践为核心的技术调节论。Peter-Paul Verbeek,one of the representative scholars in philosophy of technology in the Netherlands,is famous for his argument related to moralizing technology.However,his argument concerning technical mediation is attached less importance to by domestic academia.Theoretically,technical mediation,which holds the views that technologies are not neutral tools,technology and human are intertwined and interwoven,is the basic theory of moralizing technology.Technical mediation criticizes that alienation and ontological theories are abstract and metaphysical from an ontic perspective.In the context of empirical turn,Verbeek attempts to employ“human-technology relations”theory(Don Ihde),“actor-network”theory(Bruno Latour),and“device paradigm”theory(Albert Borgmann)to develop and construct the theory of technical mediation,which is based on post-phenomenological theory and focused on technical artifacts and the relations between human and technology with technical practices as the core.
