微信支持对提高失能老人照料者照料能力的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:了解对失能老人家庭照料者进行微信支持的效果。方法:对上海市徐汇区凌云街道53位失能老人的主要照料者通过微信支持,进行为期6个月的健康教育和咨询,在微信支持前后进行问卷调查、照料知识测试和照料操作自我评价。结果:相比进入微信群之前,照料者在接受6个月的微信支持后,失能老人照料知识和操作技能分别由58.62±5.46、3.79±0.66提高到82.77±5.42、7.24±0.71,有统计学意义。结论:微信支持是提高照料者照料能力的有效途径。To investigate the effect of We Chat support for family caregivers of the disabled elderly,the health education and counseling of 53 caregivers of the disabled elderly in Lingyun Street of Xuhui District,Shanghai were carried out for 6 months with the We Chat support.A questionnaire survey was conducted and caring knowledge tests and self-evaluation of caring operations were carried out before and after We Chat support.Results show that,compared with the results before the We Chat support,the caregivers’ caregiving knowledge and operating skills of the disabled elderly were improved from 58.62 ±5.46,3.79 ±0.66 to 82.77 ±5.42,7.24 ±0.71,respectively,which is of statistical significance.Conclusively,We Chat support is an effective way to improve caregivers’ caring ability.
