摘  要:针对本科生对科技竞赛等创新实践活动缺少合理的规划和有序参与的现状,开展了创新人才"阶梯式"培养模式的探索与实践。从本科生创新人才培养的实际情况出发,结合大学四年的学习内容和学生的知识水平,提出了阶梯渐进式的创新素质培养方案,并提出建立学生创新团队以实现人才梯次成长与知识传承。实践结果表明,所提出的方案有助于推动学生在各类科技竞赛和专业学习中实现扎实的进步,使学生的自主学习能力和创新实践能力得到了显著提高,对于自动化类及电子信息类专业本科生的培养具有重要的理论意义和应用推广价值。In view of the lack of reasonable planning and orderly participation of undergraduates in innovative activities such as scientific contests,the exploration and practice of a step-by-step training mode for innovative talents have been carried out.Starting from the actual situation of undergraduate innovation cultivation,combined with the four-year university learning content and students’ knowledge level,this paper proposes the step-by-step training program and the establishment of student innovation team to realize the gradual growth of talents and knowledge transfer.Practice results show that the proposed scheme is helpful to promote students’ progress in scientific contests and professional learning.Furthermore,students’ independent learning and innovative practice ability are also significantly improved.The research has great theoretical significance and popularization value for undergraduate training in Automation and Electronic Information majors.
