摘　　要：研究生培养是衡量国家科技发展水平的一个重要指标。随着经济的发展和社会的进步,教育特别是高等教育对一个国家的发展起到了越来越关键的作用。与新时代对人才的需求相比,由于研究生的大量扩招等原因,一些高校在研究生培养方式上出现了培养模式单一、教学内容陈旧、教学方法仍以"填鸭式"为主等问题,作者对此进行了分析并提出相应的对策。Postgraduate education is an important indicator to measure the level of national science and technology development.With the development of economy and the progress of society,education,especially higher education,is playing an increasingly crucial role in the development of a country.Compared with the demand for talents in the new era, problems such as single training model,outdated teaching content,and single teaching method have appeared in postgraduate education due to enrollment expansion. Meanwhile,corresponding countermeasures are put forward in this paper to provide reference for future graduate education in order to solve these problems effectively.
