摘　　要：针对新时代军队岗位需求和院校培养目标,结合多年的实践教学经验,探讨并研究了立体化教学和案例教学方法在管理学课程教学中的实施和应用,为教学改革和授课质量提升提供了新的思路。According to the requirements of military posts and objectives of cultivation under new situation,combined with experence of practical teaching,this paper studies three-dimensional teaching approach and case teaching.Moreover,it discusses the implementation and application in management course teaching.It is able to provide new approach for teaching reform and quality improvement.Theimportence and primal probloms in leadership development for cadets.Analyses the main practices during the new educational and teaching reform for leadership development in US army.In the end,available measures are presented which can be conducive to the talents training under new situation.The achievements are significant to strengthen and improve the quality of leadership development.
