摘　　要：当前大健康理念盛行、健康中国的建设进程逐步推进,对医生的医学职业素养教育也提出了更高的要求。为了顺应时代需求、紧跟前线脚步,我们应该构建与践行医学职业素养教育模式或体系,使医生具备良好的道德修养和意志品质,以满足新时期社会对医疗人才职业素养的需求,进而促进我国卫生事业的健康发展,为和谐社会的建设添砖加瓦。Currently,great health concept is prevailing,and the construction process of healthy China is gradually advanced,which results in higher requirements on the medical professional quality education of doctors are also demanded.In order to keep pace with the era,we are supposed to build and practice a medical professional literacy education model or system so that it's equipped with moral cultivation and volitional quality to meetthe needs of the society in the new era for the professional quality of medical talents,and then promote the healthy development of China's health industry and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.
