摘　　要：高校教学活动是高校工作中的重要组成部分,建立教师教学档案对提高高校教师教学水平、改善高校教学环境、保障高校教育质量有着积极作用。该作者通过对现有档案袋建设的思考,发现了高校在建立档案袋的过程中存在的问题,并提出了自己的一些意见和建议。Teaching activities in Colleges and universities are an important part of the work.The establishment of teaching files for teachers plays a positive role in improving the teaching level,improving the teaching environment and ensuring the quality of education in Colleges and universities.Through thinking about the construction of the existing portfolio,it is found that there are some problems in the process of building the portfolio,and some opinions and suggestions are put forward.
