大学生课堂“沉默症”现象的影响因素分析--基于独立学院学生和教师的调查数据

摘　　要：大学生课堂沉默症的主要影响因素包括课堂氛围、教师因素和学生自身因素。调查数据显示,大部分学生课堂沉默是因为教师个人魅力缺乏、教学方法陈旧,也有部分学生是因为自身性格因素。课题组认为,提高教师综合素养,端正学生学习态度,建立良好的师生关系才能有效解决大学生课堂沉默症现象。The main influence factors of college students’ classroom silence include classroom atmosphere,teacher factors and students’ own factors.The survey data indicate that most of the students choose to be silent in classroom because of the teacher’s lack of personal charm,the outdated teaching methods,and the personal factors of some students.The research team concludes that improving teachers’ comprehensive literacy,changing students’ own learning attitudes,and establishing a good teacher-student relationship can effectively solve the phenomenon of college students’ classroom silence.
