摘　　要：村落地域过疏化是乡村社会构造的根本性变化,导致农村老年人的养老福利供给体系不完善。当前农民养老福利共同体构建仍具有一定的现实基础,表现为政府对农民养老问题的高度重视,村落内部自生的福利生产力尚存及家庭养老作为主要方式为大多数成员所认同。农民养老福利共同体构建关键在于明确政府为农民养老提供基础性和兜底性福利,家庭作为首要福利供给责任人,社群体系则在经济支持、生活互助、精神关怀领域提供补充性福利的定位。It is the fundamental change of rural social structure that the village area is too sparse,which leads to the imperfection of the old-age welfare supply system in rural areas.At present,the construction of the welfare community for the aged of farmers still has a certain practical basis,which is reflected in the government’s high attention to the problem of the aged of farmers,the survival of the welfare productivity within the village and the recognition of the majority of members as the main way of family pension.The key to the construction of the welfare community for the aged is to make sure that the government provides basic welfare for the aged,the family is the primary responsible person for providing welfare,and the community system provides supplementary welfare in the fields of economic support,mutual assistance in life and spiritual care.
