摘　　要：习近平在治国理政实践中始终坚持运用并形成了新时代中国特色社会主义思想的战略思维。可以说,这一战略思维的产生不但是继承和发展中国共产党战略思维的产物,也是因应不断变化着的国际国内形势的时代产物。它不但是一个治国理政的重要思想方法,更是一个有着丰富内涵的理论体系。它以实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦为战略任务,以坚持和发展中国特色社会主义为战略主题,以人民立场为战略立场,以“四个全面”为战略布局,并相应地产生了一系列治国理政的战略思想。就其特性而言,可以明显看出习近平战略思维具有前瞻性和时代性相统一、全局性和局部性相统一、长远性和现实性相统一、实践性和理论性相统一的特点。Xi Jinping has always adhered to strategic thinking in the practice of governing the country and gradually formed strategic thinking in the new era.It can be said that the emergence of this strategic thinking is not only the product of inheriting and developing the strategic thinking of the Communist Party of China,but also the product of the times in response to the changing international and domestic situation.It is not only an important thought method of governing principle politics,but also a rich connotation of the theory system,it is to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’s dream as a strategic task in China,to stick to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics for the strategic theme,to take people’s position as a strategic position,for“comprehensive”four strategic layout,and accordingly produced a series of strategic thinking in governing.In addition,in terms of its characteristics,it can be clearly seen that Xi Jinping’s strategic thinking in the new era is unity of forward-looking and consistent with the times,overall and partial,long-term and realistic,practical and theoretical.
