中文版简式网络疑病量表测评大学生群体的信度与效度

摘　　要：目的:修订简式网络疑病量表并在中国大学生群体中检验其信效度。方法:采用简式网络疑病量表、短版健康焦虑问卷、简版无法忍受不确定性量表及短式抑郁-焦虑-压力量表对大学生进行施测,其中,样本1进行通俗度检验(n1=52),样本2进行项目分析与探索性因子分析(n2=408),样本3进行验证性因素分析(n3=411),样本4进行重测信度分析(n4=75)。结果:①验证性因素分析发现,中文版简式网络疑病量表的四因素模型拟合良好(χ^2/df=2.86, GFI=0.95, CFI=0.97, TLI=0.96, IFI=0.97, RMSEA=0.07);②中文版简式网络疑病量表与短版健康焦虑问卷、简版无法忍受不确定性量表及短式抑郁-焦虑-压力量表得分均呈正相关(r=0.27~0.51, P<0.01),其组合信度在0.83~0.96之间,平均方差抽取量在0.63~0.70之间;③信度检验发现,中文版简式网络疑病量表的Cronbach’sα系数在0.83~0.92之间;分半信度在0.76~0.79之间;重测信度在0.73~0.85(P<0.01)之间。结论:中文版简式网络疑病量表在中国大学生群体中具有良好的信效度,可以作为科学的研究工具使用。Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Short-Form of the Cyberchondria Severity Scale(CCSS-12). Methods: We surveyed college students with The Short Health Anxiety Inventory(SHAI), Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale(IUS-12) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21(DAS-21). Totally 52 college students(sample1) were asked to evaluate the popularity degree of the scale. And totally 408 college students(sample 2) were recruited to complete the test version for item and exploratory factor analysis. And totally 411 colleges students(sample 3) were recruited to complete the test version for confirmatory factor analysis. Another totally 75 colleges students(sample 4) were tested with re-test reliability. Results: ①The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the four-factor model fit the data well(χ^2/df=2.86, GFI=0.95, CFI=0.97, TLI=0.96, IFI=0.97, RMSEA=0.07). ②The CCSS-12 correlated with SHAI, IUS-12 and DAS-21 positively(r=0.27~0.51, P<0.01). In addition, the composite reliability coefficients ranged from 0.83 to 0.96 and AVE coefficients ranged from 0.63 to 0.70 of the CCSS-12. ③The CCSS-12 has good internal reliability with Cronbach’s α coefficients ranged from 0.83 to 0.92, re-test reliability coefficients ranged from 0.73 to 0.85(P<0.01) and split-half reliability coefficients ranged from 0.76 to 0.79. Conclusion: The Chinese version of Short-Form of the Cyberchondria Severity Scale(CCSS-12) has acceptable reliability and validity and can be used to measure cyberchondria for Chinese college students.
