摘 要:针对建筑业存在大量重复体力劳动及作业时间长等因素可能导致职业性肌肉骨骼疾患影响工人健康的现状,以建筑抹灰作业为对象,结合作业姿势相关理论及现场调查分析,提出了一种工人抹灰作业上肢姿势不舒适度评价的建模方法。运用CATIA软件进行人机工程学模拟,建立以关节力矩(肌肉负荷)表示的上肢姿势不舒适度评价模型,可以快速评价工人作业上肢不舒适度,为及时干预工人的不合理作业姿势减少肌肉骨骼疾患提供量化依据,同时,模型的建立方法也可为开展建筑业工人其他作业姿势的研究提供借鉴。In view of the current situation that there are a lot of repetitive physical labor and long working hours in the construction industry,which may lead to the occupational musculoskeletal diseases affecting the health of workers,this paper takes the construction plastering as the object,combined with the related theory of working posture and the field investigation and analysis,puts forward a modeling method for evaluating the discomfort of upper limb posture of workers in plastering.By using CATIA software to simulate ergonomics,an evaluation model of upper limb posture discomfort expressed by joint moment(muscle load)is established,which can quickly evaluate the upper limb discomfort of workers,and provide quantitative basis for timely intervention of workers’unreasonable working posture to reduce musculoskeletal diseases.At the same time,the modeling method can also provide reference for the study of other working postures of construction workers.
