摘 要:探究了预水解液比、保温时间和最高温度对泰国桉木主要组分含量和预水解液中糖含量的影响。采用单因素法,对桉木进行预水解实验,并对预水解后的桉木和预水解液进行分析。结果表明,当液比1∶6、保温时间60 min、最高温度160℃时,预水解效果最好,得率为82. 9%,α-纤维素保留率为90. 4%,聚戊糖去除率为61. 6%,总木素去除率为35. 4%;预水解液中木糖含量最高,最高可达总糖含量的72. 2%。The effects of pre-hydrolysis conditions including solid-liquid ratio,time at maximum temperature and maximum temperature on the contents of main components of Thai eucalyptus and the content of carbohydrate in hydrolysate were investigated. The single factor method was used to conduct pre-hydrolysis experiments of eucalyptus,and the pre-hydrolyzed eucalyptus and pre-hydrolysate were analyzed. The results showed that when the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶6,at a maximum temperature of 160°C for 60 min,the effect of pre-hydrolysis was the best,the yield was 82. 9%,α-cellulose retention rate was 90. 4%,pentose removal rate was 61. 6%,and total lignin removal rate was35. 4%. Xylose content in pre-hydrolysate was the highest,up to 72. 2% of the total carbohydrate content.
