摘  要:华邦古楼新材料有限公司PM9生产的高档双胶纸B在某印刷厂印刷过程中,曾出现掉粉严重、糊版、部分卷筒断纸现象,经现场查看及取样检测,分析主要原因为纸张表面强度低、正反面表面强度偏差大、反面表面强度偏低所引起的。本试验主要介绍了提高双胶纸B正面表面强度,反面表面强度改善措施的探索。通过优化打浆工艺和湿部助留助滤系统,纸张表面强度得到提高;通过调整网部的脱水曲线可显著提高纸张反面表面强度;优化施胶工艺,改善干燥曲线优化软压光工艺等也是提高纸张表面强度较为有效的措施。During printing process of offset paper grade B of PM9 in a printing house,serious linting,plate pasting and partial web breaking occurred. The analysis showed that the main reasons were low surface strength of the paper,the surface strength two-sidedness. This paper mainly discussed how to increase the surface strength of the paper,and improve the surface strength of the wire side. By optimizing refining process,adjusting retention and filtration system of wet end,paper strength was increased,by adjusting the dewatering curve of the wire section,the surface strength of wire side could be significantly improved. Finally tuning sizing parameters,adjusting drying curve and increasing soft calendering linear pressure were also benefit to upgrading the paper surface strength.
