摘 要:为研究装药尺寸和升温速率对DANA基炸药烤燃响应特性的影响,文中采用多点测温方式,以两种升温速率对不同长径比的DANA基炸药进行慢烤实验,观察其响应结果;并用FLIENT软件对不同装药尺寸的炸药进行了数值模拟。结果表明:限定条件下装药尺寸和升温速率均能对DNAN基熔铸混合炸药烤燃响应温度产生影响;装药尺寸越大,升温速率越慢,炸药的响应温度越低,反应程度越剧烈;不同升温速率下,药柱的响应温度随长径比变化规律相似。In order to study the effect of charge size and heating rate on the response characteristics of DANA-based explosives, the multi-point temperature measurement method was used to conduct slow-baking tests on DANA-based explosives with different aspect ratios at two heating rates. And use FLIENT software to numerically simulate explosives of different charge sizes. The results show that under different conditions, the charge size and heating rate can affect the response temperature of DNAN-based fusion casting explosives. The larger the charge size, the slower the heating rate, the lower the response temperature of the explosive, the more severe the reaction. Under different heating rates, the response temperature of the grain is similar to that of the aspect ratio.
