摘 要:为测试光窗式激光点火器的耐压性能,利用ANSYS软件建立了光窗式激光点火器的仿真模型,研究光窗厚度和压药压力对光窗应力和应变的影响,并对光窗式激光点火器开展激光点火P-t输出威力测试试验。仿真结果表明,光窗越厚,其耐压性能越好,且光窗应力和应变与压药压力呈正线性关系。试验结果表明,峰值压强和响应时间与压药压力有关,当压药压力增大时,响应时间增大,峰值压强减小。In order to test the withstand voltage performance of the optical window laser igniter, a simulation model of the optical window laser igniter is established using ANSYS software. The influence of the optical window thickness and pressure on the stress and strain of the optical window is studied. The laser-ignited P-t output power test is conducted on the optical window laser igniter. The simulation results show that the thicker the light window, the better the pressure resistance. The P-t output power test shows that the peak pressure and response time is related to the pressure of the pyrotechnics. As the pressure of the pyrotechnics increases, the response time increases and the peak pressure decreases.
