摘 要:为了解决发射装置铸造架体重量一致性差、铸造成品率较低、满足要求的铸造厂家有限等问题,提出了将发射装置架体设计为6个部分,机加成型、组合安装的设计方案,实现了架体的模块化、组合化。通过有限元分析计算和试验验证,表明该型发射装置架体的组合设计方案可行,满足结构性能的要求。In order to solve the problems such as poor consistency of weight,low yield of cast products and limited quantity of foundry manufacturers who meet the requirements of the casting frame of the launcher,it is put forward that the frame of the launcher is designed into six parts,which are added and formed by machine.The modular and combinational design of the frame is realized.Through finite element analysis and test verification,it is shown that the combined design scheme of the frame of this type launcher is feasible and meets the requirements of structural performance.
