大别山革命老区产业扶贫探索--霍山石斛产业扶贫研究

摘　　要：以产业培育贫困地区内生发展动力,消除贫困产生的根源,是增加贫困农户收入、促进贫困地区发展的有效途径。在供给侧结构性改革背景下,充分发挥霍山石斛比较优势,抓住中医药发展重大战略机遇期,依托六安市"西山药库"平台,做大做强大别山革命老区特有的霍山石斛产业,是产业扶贫的有效探索。对此,政府部门应做好规划和监管,引进和培育龙头企业,促进产学研协同创新;相关企业应拓展产业链,提升产品质量,提高产品附加值,以石斛产业整合资源,实现公司、农户、合作社多方共赢,推动大别山革命老区高质量发展。Cultivating the endogenous development power of poor areas with industries and blocking the causes of poverty is an effective way to increase the income of poor farmers and promote the development of poor areas. Under the background of supply-side structural reform, give full play to the comparative advantages of Dendrobium huoshanense, seize the period of major strategic opportunities for the development of Chinese medicine, rely on the platform of"Xishan Medicine Depot"in Lu’an, and expand and strengthen the unique Dendrobium huoshanense industry in the old revolutionary base area of Dabie Mountain, is an effective exploration of industrial poverty alleviation. In this regard, government departments should do a good job of planning and supervision, introduce and cultivate leading enterprises, promote collaborative innovation of industry,university, and research institutes. Relevant enterprises should expand the industrial chain, improve product quality, increase product value, and integrate resources with the Dendrobium industry to realize the win-win situation of the companies, farmers and cooperatives, to promote the high-quality development of the old revolutionary base area.
