摘 要:礼和法作为中国古代政治最为重要的两环,对国家施政方针和国家走向影响巨大,受到历代统治者的重视。在明初礼制创设之时,刘基广泛参与。他对于明初礼制既有理论思考又有创设实践。在明初诸礼制中,籍田礼、百官朝会之礼等国家礼制由刘基负责或参与厘定。这些礼仪制度是明初国家礼制的重要部分,也对明代乃至后世礼制产生了重要影响。As the most important two sections of ancient Chinese politics, etiquette and law have a great influence on the national policy and the country’s direction, and have been valued and developed by the rulers of the past. At the time of the establishment of the ritual system in the early Ming Dynasty, Liu Ji participated extensively. He had both high theoretical thinking and extensive political practice for the state ritual system. In the ritual system of early Ming Dynasty, the national ritual system of Ji Tianli and Baiguan dynasty was formulated by Liu Ji. These ceremonial systems were an important part of the national ritual system in the early Ming Dynasty, and they also had important influences in the Ming Dynasty and later generations.
