摘　　要：目的研究应用高级临床决策支持系统(Clinical Decision Support System,CDSS)进行急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)单病种质控的效果,为规范急性心肌梗死单病种质控提供理论依据。方法选择2018年8月—2019年1月某三级甲等医院急性心肌梗死病例461例,以应用CDSS进行急性心肌梗死单病种质控为标准分为对照组和实验组。收集临床资料,对病人一般情况、出院转归情况、平均住院日、平均住院费用、药物治疗质控指标执行情况进行回顾性分析及统计学处理。结果两组病人一般情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。住院医师组使用临床决策支持系统后好转/治愈病人显著增加(P<0.05),同时药物治疗质控指标执行率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论应用高级CDSS进行急性心肌梗死单病种质控对低年资医师最有效,可以有效提高质控标准执行率,并改善病人预后。Objective To explore the effect of advanced Clinical Decision Support System(CDSS)on single disease quality control of Acute Myocardial infarction(AMI),and to provide theoretical basis for standardizing single disease quality control of AMI.Methods 461 cases of AMI from August,2018 to January,2019 in the hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to the standard of CDSS for single disease quality control of AMI.A retrospective analysis was made on the general situation of patients,the outcome of discharge,average length of stay,average hospitalization expenses and the implementation of quality control indicators of drug treat?ment.Results There was no significant difference in general condition between the two groups(P>0.05).The num?ber of cured patients in the resident group increased significantly(P<0.05)after using the CDSS,and the implementa?tion rate of quality control indicators of drug treatment increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion CDSS is the most effective method for single disease quality control of AMI,which can effectively improve the implementation rate of quality control standards and the prognosis of patients.
