摘 要:目的调查分析我国医院专科护士岗位管理现状及存在问题。方法根据我国经济区域划分,从东部、东北、中部和西部地区中分层抽取全国10个省份563家医院护理部主任为调查对象,采用自制问卷进行调查。结果专科护士共11 483人,其中全职从事专科护理工作的占21.5%,非全职从事专科护理工作的占56.4%。49.0%的医院制定了专科护士管理制度,包括专科护士培训、登记、聘用、岗位职责、实践范围和标准、考核及待遇。97.3%的医院认为有必要成立统一的专科护士管理机构,97.9%的医院表示应出台相关的法律法规。结论我国专科护士"重"培养"轻"使用的现状普遍,缺乏科学有效的管理体制,应成立统一的专科护士管理机构,健全专科护士岗位管理体系。Objective To investigate the status quo of position management of specialist nurses and analyze its existing problems in Chinese hospitals. Methods According to the division of economic regions in China,the directors of the Nursing Departments of 563 hospitals in 10 provinces were selected from the eastern,northeastern,central and western regions as survey subjects,and self-made questionnaires were used for investigation. Results There are a total of 11 438 specialist nurses,of which 21.5% are engaged in full-time specialist nursing work and 56.4% are engaged in non-full-time specialist nursing work. 49.0% of the hospitals have developed a specialist nurses management system,including specialist nurses training,registration,hiring,job responsibilities,practice scope and standards,assessment and remuneration. 97.3% of the directors considered it is necessary to establish a unified specialist nurses management institution,and 97.9% of the directors indicated that relevant laws and regulations should be issued. Conclusion Chinese hospitals attach importance to the training of specialist nurses,neglect the use of specialist nurses,and this status quo is widespread. In the absence of a scientific and effective management system,a unified specialist nurses management institution should be established to improve the position management system of specialist nurses.
