摘　　要：目的构建骨科护理能力评价指标体系,为提高骨科护士护理能力和护理水平提供评价与管理工具。方法采用文献法却指标,通过对全国21位领域专家进行两轮德尔菲咨询确定权重系数。结果最终获得一级指标3个,二级指标9个,三级指标46个,并最终确定相应指标的权重系数。专家咨询问卷回收率100%,专家的判断系数、熟悉程度和权威系数分别为0.877、0.756、0.817;两轮专家咨询的指标协调系数分别为0.698和0.809。结论基于Donabedian模型构建的骨科护理能力评价与管理指标体系,打破了以往单一评价骨科护理能力的瓶颈,实现了对骨科护理能力的多维度系统扫描。Objective To construct an evaluation index system for orthopedic nursing ability,and to provide evaluation and management tools for improving the nursing ability and level of orthopedic nurses. Methods The documentary method was performed to address all indicators. Furthermore,a Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultations with 21 relevant experts in China. Results Finally,3 first-dimension indicators,9 second-dimension indicators and 46 three-dimension indicators were obtained,and the weighting coefficients of the corresponding indicators were finally determined. The recovery rate of the expert consultation questionnaire was 100%,and the expert’s judgment coefficient,familiarity and authority coefficient were 0.877,0.756 and 0.817,respectively. The coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.698 and 0.809,respectively. Conclusion Based on the Donabedian model,the evaluation and management index system of orthopedic nursing ability breaks the bottleneck of the single evaluation model,realizes the multi-dimensional systematic scanning of Orthopedic nursing ability.
