葱粗提取液对甘蓝枯萎病菌的抑制效果初探

摘　　要：为探究葱粗提取液对甘蓝枯萎病菌尖孢镰刀菌的抑制效果,本试验设置不同浓度葱粗提取液,研究其对尖孢镰刀菌生长速率、孢子产量、孢子萌发率、菌丝结构的影响,并进行甘蓝枯萎病盆栽防效试验。结果表明:葱粗提取液对尖孢镰刀菌生长有显著的抑制作用。当PDA培养基中葱粗提取液浓度为0.6 g/m L时,抑菌率可达56.3%;培养基中葱提取液浓度为0.4 g/m L时,尖孢镰刀菌孢子产量抑制率和孢子萌发抑制率分别达到97.7%、92.1%;显微镜观察显示,葱粗提取液浓度越大,对尖孢镰刀菌菌丝形态结构影响越大。盆栽防效试验结果表明,当土壤中葱粗提取液浓度为0.043 g/g土时,接种7 d后的防治效果可达到65.9%。In order to investigate the inhibitory effect of crude extracts from shallot on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.conglutinans(Foc),different concentrations of shallot crude extracts were set to explore their influences on growth rate,spore yield,spore germination rate and hyphae structure of Foc,and the pot experiment was also conducted to determine their control efficiency.The results showed that the crude extracts of shallot had significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Foc.When the concentration of shallot crude extracts was 0.6 g/m L in PDA medium,the inhibitory rate was 56.3%.When the concentration of shallot crude extract was 0.4 g/m L,the inhibitory rate on spore yield and germination was 97.7%and 92.1%,respectively.Meanwhile,the morphological structure of mycelia was also changed as the concentration of shallot crude extracts increased.In the pot experiment,when the concentration of shallot crude extracts was 0.043 g per gram soil,the control effeciency reached 65.9%after inoculation for seven days.
