黄河三角洲盐碱地发展芦笋产业的优势与措施

摘　　要：黄河三角洲是我国滨海盐碱地的重要组成部分,传统的种植模式为粮棉二元结构,种植结构单一,经济效益不高。芦笋是一种多年生的食药同源型蔬菜,是出口创汇型农产品,经济效益高,且耐盐碱性强,还可改良土壤、保持水土,是盐碱地改良的先锋作物。在黄河三角洲发展芦笋产业有独特的优势,可带动农民增收,促进乡村振兴,改良生态环境,具有显著的经济、社会和生态效益。本文提出了黄河三角洲芦笋产业生态可持续发展的思路和举措。The Yellow River Delta is an important component of coastal saline land in China,its conventional farming was low in economic benefit because of the single cropping pattern with grain and cotton. Asparagus,a perennial plant,is an export-oriented vegetable with medical value in China. It shows high stress tolerance and economic benefit,and could improve the saline-alkali soil,so it is considered as one of the pioneer plants for the saline-alkali soil. There are unique advantages to produce asparagus in the Yellow River Delta,and the production of asparagus could make remarkable economic,social and ecological benefits by increasing farmer’s income,promoting rural revitalization development,and improving the ecology. In this article,some measures and strategies were put forward for the ecological and sustainable production of asparagus in the Yellow River Delta.
