每日治疗Checklist联合微信在收治COVID-19定点隔离病房中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨每日治疗核查表(Checklist)联合微信在收治2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)定点隔离病房中的临床应用效果。方法采取自身前后对照的方法,将2020年2月6日—2月15日武汉大学人民医院东区六病区(原乳腺科)54名护理人员作为研究对象。2月6日—2月8日为使用前组,共护理和治疗患者89例,按照功能制护理模式为患者实施护理和治疗;2月9日—2月15日为使用后组,共护理和治疗患者255例,按照每日治疗Checklist对患者实施责任制整体护理,并使用微信传递新医嘱信息。比较2组治疗缺陷情况、新医嘱执行情况及医护人员的满意度。结果与使用前组比较,使用后组治疗缺陷的患者比例及治疗缺陷比例均明显降低,新医嘱传递正确率及医护人员的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论每日治疗Checklist联合微信应用于COVID-19定点隔离病房,可降低治疗缺陷,助力医嘱信息传递,提高工作效率及医护人员满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of daily treatment checklist combined with WeChat in the designated isolation ward of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods This study adopted the method of self comparison.In this study,54 nurses from the Sixth Ward(the former Breast Department)in East Campus of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from February 6 to February 15,2020 were selected as the subjects.From February 6 to February 8,89 patients were cared for and treated in the pre-use group according to the functional nursing mode.From February 9 to February 15,255 patients were cared for and treated in the post-use group according to the daily treatment checklist,and the holistic responsibility nursing was implemented for the patients,and the WeChat app was used to transmit the new medical order information.The treatment defects,the implementation of new orders and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the pre-use group,the proportion of patients with treatment defects and the proportion of treatment defects in the post-use group were significantly lower,the correct rate of new doctor′s order delivery was higher,and the satisfaction of medical staff was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of daily treatment checklist combined with WeChat in COVID-19 designated isolation ward can reduce nursing defects,facilitate the transmission of doctor′s orders,improve nurses′work efficiency,reduce psychological burden and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
