摘　　要：海洋空间信息服务面临新时代的发展机遇与挑战。针对新一代信息技术支撑下的智慧时代海洋空间信息服务的特点与需求,分析了海洋空间信息思维特征和智慧时代海洋空间信息思维新需求,讨论了智能海洋空间信息理解和认知在智慧海洋空间信息服务中的重要地位。研究认为,智能海洋空间信息认知服务是应用创新的关键,海洋空间认知服务的基础是智能海洋空间信息框架和智能海洋空间信息框架构建与服务的核心问题。对智慧时代海洋空间信息认知服务的方式进行了探讨,构建了海洋自然资源信息化智能海洋空间信息框架模型,设想了智能空间信息服务创新应用的模式,为我国智慧海洋建设提供了新的理念和关键技术创新思考。Marine space information service is facing the development opportunities and challenges in the new era.In view of the characteristics and demands of marine space information service in the intelligent era supported by the new generation of information technology,it is analyzesed the characteristics of marine space information thinking and the new demands of marine space information thinking in the intelligent era,discusses the important position of intelligent marine space information understanding and cognition in the intelligent marine space information service,and discusses the application innovation of intelligent marine space information cognitive service The key is to put forward that the foundation of ocean space cognitive service is the core issues of intelligent ocean space information framework and intelligent ocean space information framework construction and service,explore the way of ocean space information cognitive service in the intelligent era,construct the intelligent ocean space information framework model of ocean natural resources informatization,and conceive the innovative application mode of intelligent space information service.The construction of China’s smart ocean provides new ideas and innovative thinking on key technologies.
