摘 要:强气流灭弧防雷装置能有效截断雷电弧,深度抑制工频电弧的发展和重燃。为进一步验证其性能,利用耦合场气流状态方程分析装置灭弧过程,说明强气流打破电弧能量平衡状态将电弧熄灭;并利用ANSYS AUTODYN4有限元分析软件对气流与电弧的作用进行仿真,得出灭弧通道内高压气团产生高速气流迅速作用于雷电弧的衰减期,在0.12 ms内电弧被熄灭。在实验室环境下进行的灭弧试验得出灭弧时间为0.2 ms,证明了防雷装置动作迅速,在各喷口处将电弧截断,且电弧熄灭后不重燃。Arc-extinguishing lightning protection device with strong airflow is able to intercept lightning arc effectively and deeply inhibit the development and reignition of power frequency arc.To further verify its performance,we use the equation state of airflow under coupled field to analyze arc extinguishing process.It is obtained that the strong airflow breaks the balance of energy and extinguish the arc.We also use ANSYS AUTODYN4 to analyze the effect of air flow on arc;the simulation results show the high pressure air mass in the arc extinguishing channel produces high velocity airflow,which rapidly acts on the attenuation period of the lightning arc and the arc is extinguished within 0.12 ms.Meanwhile in laboratory environment the arc-extinguish test shows that quenching time is 0.2 ms.It is proved the lightning protection device acts rapidly on the arc.The arc is cut off at each nozzle of the device by the high velocity airflow,and the arc does not restrike after it is extinguished.
