摘 要:采用化学镀法在钛基体上制备锡涂层,选择适当的预处理方法,利用单变量和正交实验相结合的方法确定化学镀锡液各成分种类和浓度以及工艺条件,讨论对钛基体镀覆金属的镀层厚度、耐腐蚀性、镀层结合力和表面形貌的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为12 g/L甲基磺酸锡,60 mL/L甲基磺酸,105 g/L硫脲,2 g/L EDTA,40 g/L次磷酸钠,3 g/L对苯二酚,镀液温度65℃,沉积25 min,伴有慢速搅拌;最佳工艺条件下的镀液稳定,厚度为2.18μm以上的镀层,镀层耐蚀,结合力较好,表面结晶均匀致密。The tin coating on titanium substrate was prepared by electroless plating method, the appropriate pretreatment method was selected, using the combination of single variable and orthogonal test, the chemical bath components types and concentrations and the effects of process conditions were determined, The effects of the coating thickness, corrosion resistance, adhesion and surface morphology on titanium substrate were discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: with 12 g/L tin methanesulfonate, 60 mL/L methyl sulfonic acid, 105 g/L thiourea, 2 g/L EDTA, 40 g/L sodium hypophosphite and 3 g/L hydroquinone, the bath temperature was 65 ℃, deposition was 25 min, accompanied by slow stirring. Under the optimum technological conditions, the bath was stable with the coating of a thickness of 2 μm or more. The coating had good corrosion resistance and good bonding force, and the surface crystallization was even and compact.
