摘 要:以PEG-1000、PEG-2000、活性炭和甘油为造孔剂通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了多孔TiO2纳米粉。采用XRD、TEM、等温吸附-脱附曲线表征材料的结构,并讨论了造孔剂种类及添加量对多孔TiO2结构的影响。多孔TiO2纳米粉的比表面积和吸附性能均优于未加造孔剂的TiO2粉体。以罗丹明B为目标物进行光催化降解实验,采用加入量为2wt%的PEG-2000为造孔剂制备的TiO2光催化剂对罗丹明B的降解率达到了97%,比未加造孔剂的TiO2光催化剂降解效率提高了35%。Porous TiO2 nano particles was prepared via sol-gel method with PEG-1000, PEG-2000, active charcoal and glycerin as porous agents. XRD, TEM and isothermal adsorption-desorption curves were used to characterize the structure of the material. The influence of the type and amount of porous agent on the structure of porous TiO2 particles was discussed. The specific surface area and adsorption performance of porous TiO2 nano particles were improved compared with that of TiO2 materials without porous agent. Rhodamine B was used as the target of the photocatalytic degradation experiment. The degradation rate of rhodamine B by TiO2 photocatalyst prepared with 2 wt% PEG-2000 reached 97%, which was 35% higher than that of ordinary TiO2 materials without porous agent.
