二甲苯甲醛树脂在过氯乙烯涂料的应用研究

摘　　要：以引入二甲苯甲醛树脂于过氯乙烯涂料中进行应用,通过利用二甲苯甲醛树脂含有羟基、醚键等活性基,提高过氯乙烯涂料的附着力以及柔韧性。研究发现,使用二甲苯甲醛树脂进行过氯乙烯涂料色浆的生产,对于传统色片的依赖、存在着色浆易分层的难题进一步得到解决。结果表明,二甲苯甲醛树脂的加入,正是稳定成漆的贮存性之外起到增塑的作用,同时根据树脂本身的特点,提升产品耐水、耐化学性。In order to introduce xylene formaldehyde resin into perchloroethylene coatings, the adhesion and flexibility of perchloroethylene coatings were improved by using xylene formaldehyde resin containing hydroxyl and ether bonds. It was found that the dependence of traditional color film and the difficulty of easy stratification of color paste in the production of perchloroethylene paint paste with xylene formaldehyde resin were further solved. The results show that the addition of xylene formaldehyde resin played a plasticizing role in addition to the storage property of the stable paint. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the resin itself, the water resistance and chemical resistance of the product were improved.
