摘 要:在大型石化装置检验检测过程,应用基于风险的检验技术(RBI)可以减少过度检验和无效检验的问题。以某厂的硫磺回收装置为例,采用RBI技术对装置内主要的压力容器和压力管道进行风险评估,根据其损伤机理和风险等级,有针对性地提出检验策略,优化了检验范围、检验比例与检验项目,并根据最终的风险水平,科学合理地确定检验周期。RBI技术的应用将有助于实现检验检测效率的提高,有效预防事故的发生,降低石化企业成本,实现装置的长周期安全高效运行。In the process of the inspection of large-scale petrochemical units, the application of risk-based inspection(RBI) can reduce the problems of excessive inspection and in-effective inspection. Taking the sulfur recovery unit as an example, RBI was used to evaluate the risk of the main pressure vessels and pressure pipelines in the unit. According to the damage mechanism and risk level, a specific inspection strategy was proposed, and the inspection scope, inspection ratio and inspection items were optimized. The inspection cycle was determined scientifically and reasonably by reference to the final risk level. The application of RBI would help to improve the efficiency of inspection, effectively prevent accidents, reduce the cost of petrochemical companies, and achieve long-term safe and efficient operation of the units.
