材料专业“1+X”人才培养模式的创新与实践

摘　　要：以宿迁学院材料专业为例,探讨了在应用型高校执行人才培养方案中如何创新,提出了"1+X"人才培养模式,"1"是指专业学历教育,"X"是指多能力的培养,即分类引导培养、尊重个性发展。通过几年的实践,材料专业是以学科为依托,以人才需求为导向,采用了"1+X"的人才培养模式,初显该专业人才培养模式的特色和优势。How to innovate during carrying out program of cultivating talents in applied university was discussed by the example of Material specialty of Suqian College. "1+X" talent cultivation mode was put forward. "1" meant the education of specialty degree, and "X" indicated multicable training, it showed classifying guided training and respecting individual development. Thought several years’ practice, Material specialty depended on subjects and the guidance of talent demand, and then the characteristics and the advantages of Material specialty appeared preliminary when "1+X" talent cultivation mode was implemented.
