摘　　要：目的提高肌骨康复门诊的诊疗效率,真正实现一站式诊疗服务,更多更好地服务于广大需要康复治疗的患者。方法开设“肌骨康复中心”门诊科室,实施肌骨康复多学科门诊一站式诊疗服务。结果自本院实施肌骨康复多学科门诊一站式诊疗服务以来,在患者满意度、就诊患者数量、康复治疗效果等方面收到了显著成效。医院的正面社会影响力得到提高。结论多学科诊疗是康复医学领域的重要诊疗模式。多学科诊疗的开展很大程度上缓解了患者就医的困难性,挂一个号不仅可以得到医生的诊断,还可以马上得到康复治疗师的评估与治疗,是既节约了时间也节省了经济的双赢模式。Objective In order to improve the diagnosis rate of musculoskeletal rehabilitation clinics and truly realize one-stop diagnosis and treatment services,more and better services are needed for patients who need rehabilitation.Methods Opened the Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Center,implement one-stop medical service for multi-disciplinary clinic of musculoskeletal rehabilitation.Results Since the establishment of the Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Center of our hospital,we have achieved remarkable results in terms of patient satisfaction,number of patients,and rehabilitation treatment effects.The positive social influence of the hospital has also been improved.Conclusion Multi-disciplinary team(MDT)is an important mode of diagnosis and treatment in the field of rehabilitation medicine.The development of MDT has greatly eased the difficulty of patients seeking medical treatment.Thanks to MDT,not only be diagnosed by doctors,but also can be immediately evaluated and treated by physical therapists.It saves patients’time and resource of hospital which makes win-win economic come true.
