摘　　要：从对军工固定资产投资项目的介绍入手,对项目管理中存在的整体计划或年度计划与实际执行节点不一致、执行过程中缺乏有效的监管、财务管理水平有待提升、档案管理不受重视、人才缺失五方面问题进行分析,提出了健全规章制度、细化分工、加强档案财务和招投标管理、建设优秀人才队伍和加强固定资产的后续管理的对策,强调了提高项目管理水平的重要意义。Starting with the introduction of the military fixed assets investment project,it expounds five problems existing in the project management,such as the inconsistency between the overall plan or the annual plan and the actual execution,the lack of effective supervision in the execution process,the pending improvement of the financial management level,the neglect of archives management,and the lack of qualified personnel.It puts forward seven countermeasures,includes perfect the rules and regulations,fine division of labor,strengthen the management of archives,finance and bidding,train the talents team and strengthen the follow-up management of fixed assets.Finally,the importance of improving the project management level is emphasized.
