双钢板治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效

摘　　要：目的总结双钢板治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法采用双钢板治疗28例肱骨干骨折患者。记录手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生情况,采用Mayo肘关节功能评分、UCLA肩关节功能评分评价肩肘关节功能。结果手术时间57~94 min,术中出血量55~220 ml。患者均获得12个月随访。骨折愈合时间3~5个月。术后12个月,Mayo肘关节功能评分为85~95分,肩关节功能UCLA评分优良率为26/28。2例发生并发症,经治疗后愈合。结论双钢板治疗肱骨干骨折固定牢靠,有利于骨折快速愈合,且术后并发症较少,关节功能恢复良好。Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of dual-plate in treatment of humeral shaft fractures.Methods Twenty-eight patients with humeral shaft fractures were treated with dual-plate.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,complications incidence rate were observed.Mayo and UCLA criteria were used to evaluate the function outcome of the elbow and shoulder joint,respectively.Results The operation time was 57~94 min.The intraoperative blood loss was 55~220 ml.All patients were followed up successfully with 12 months.The fracture healing time was 3~5 months.At 12 months postoperation,the Mayo elbow function score was 85~95 points,the excellent and good rate of the shoulder joints function UCLA outcome was 26/28.The complications occurred in 2 cases,who healed after treatment.Conclusions The clinical outcome of dual-plate in treatment of humeral shaft fractures is good,with faster fracture healing,few complications and good joint function.
