摘  要:目的探讨关节镜下缝线捆扎配合门型钉治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折的手术效果。方法采用关节镜下缝线捆扎配合门型钉治疗27例胫骨髁间嵴骨折患者。术后3个月采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间4~38个月。术后3个月内骨折均一期愈合。术后3个月根据Lysholm膝关节功能评分评价疗效:优20例,良5例,可2例,优良率25/27。1例轻度屈膝受限,1例Lachman试验弱阳性。结论关节镜下缝线捆扎配合门型钉治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折可同时处理其他关节损伤,能较大限度恢复关节功能,是一种安全、简单、有效的手术方法。Objective To investigate the surgical effect of the treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture by arthroscopic suture banding combined with spliked ligament staple.Methods Twenty-seven patients with tibial intercondylar eminence fracture were treated with suture banding combined with spliked ligament staple fixation under arthroscopy.The Lysholm criteria was used to evaluate the efficacy of the knee joint at 3 months postoperation.Results All the patients were followed up for 4~38 months.And the fracture got primary healing at 3 months after surgery.The Lysholm criteria evaluation results at 3 months postoperation showed that 20 cases were excellent,5 cases good,and 2 fair,and the excellent and good rate was 25/27.One patient had mild limited knee flexion and 1 patient had slightly positive outcome with Lachman test.Conclusions Arthroscopic suture banding combined with spliked ligament staple is a safe,simple and effective method in the treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture,even it can deal with other joint injury simultaneously and restore joint function to a greater extent.
