摘　　要：介绍了硬质合金刀片的收缩形式,利用3D扫描和分析软件对不同补偿的刀片收缩进行分析,验证了仿形补偿在带孔刀片圆弧刃边上的压坯补偿更为合理。The carbide insert of shrinkage form is introduced.Using 3D scan and analysis software of different compensation shrinkage analysis for insert blank,the profile of compensation is better in the compact compensation for tangential wiper carbide insert is verified.
