摘　　要：目的探讨低剂量激素替代治疗对绝经早期妇女围绝经综合征和阴道流血的影响。方法选取本院2016年12月至2017年5月收治的绝经早期妇女围绝经综合征患者58例,采取数字表随机分组方法分成两组各29例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予低剂量激素替代治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效情况。结果两组治疗前绝经症状评分无统计学差异,(P>0.05);治疗3个月、6个月、12个月观察组绝经症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗3个月、6个月、12个月阴道流血率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者E2、FSH、LH无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组E2、FSH、LH指标比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采取低剂量激素替代方法治疗绝经早期妇女围绝经综合征可显著改善患者临床症状,对于调整激素指标有重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the effect of low dose hormone replacement therapy on perimenopausal syndrome and vaginal bleeding in early menopausal women.Methods 58 cases of early menopausal women with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given low-dose hormone replacement therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of menopausal symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the scores of menopausal symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the rates of vaginal bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in E2,FSH and LH between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,there was significant difference in E2,FSH and LH between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose hormone replacement therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of early menopausal women with perimenopausal syndrome,and has important clinical value in adjusting hormone indicators.
