常规介入取栓联合经皮血管腔内球囊扩张成形术、支架置入术治疗肠系膜上动脉血栓的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究常规介入取栓联合经皮血管腔内球囊扩张成形术、支架置入术治疗肠系膜上动脉血栓的效果。方法随机数表法将本院2016年12月至2017年12月收治的94例肠系膜上动脉血栓患者分为联合组与对照组,各47例,对照组给予常规介入取栓术治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上联用经皮血管腔内球囊扩张成形术、支架置入术治疗。比较两组患者疗效、治疗前后疼痛程度以及并发症发生率。结果联合组治疗有效率为91.49%,显著高于对照组的70.21%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均明显降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规介入取栓联合经皮血管腔内球囊扩张成形术、支架置入术治疗肠系膜上动脉血栓安全有效,可缓解患者疼痛。Objective To study the effect of conventional interventional thrombectomy combined with percutaneous transluminal balloon angioplasty and stent placement for superior mesenteric artery thrombosis.Methods A total of 94 patients with superior mesenteric artery thrombosis diagnosed in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into a combination group and a control group,47 cases each.The control group received conventional interventional thrombectomy,and the combined group was treated with percutaneous transluminal balloon angioplasty and stent placement on this basis.The efficacy of the two groups of patients,the degree of pain before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The effective rate of the combined group was 91.49%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.21%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of both groups were significantly lower,and the combined group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional interventional thrombectomy combined with percutaneous transluminal balloon angioplasty and stent placement for the treatment of superior mesenteric artery thrombosis can effectively improve the treatment effect and alleviate the pain level of patients.
