摘　　要：当越来越多社会制度和文化传统不同的国家纷纷进入经济全球化的大世界,特别是当中国经济的崛起和持续增长,以其巨大的经济规模改变着经济全球化格局时,存在利益差别的各国能否避免重大冲突,以和平方式解决矛盾、协调关系、实现互利共赢的发展?理想或可行的经济全球化和世界经济一体化,必然是或只能是经济体系性质单一化的世界,还是可以呈现为多元化和多样性经济体共存的世界?可以说,这是一个“世纪之问”,对这一问题的回答将成为中美之间的史诗性博弈。全球化所体现或要求的经济一体化,意味着各国经济之间的高度流动性、贸易畅通、投资交融,但并非是各经济体趋向于完全的同质化和同构化。中国所主张的“和而不同”应是世界格局演变的必然趋势,“融而不同”是经济全球化发展的可行方向。经济学要以新的范式和视角观察经济全球化的新格局。中国经济同世界经济将进一步增强相互之间的包容性,这对中国和其他国家的发展都是很有利的。正是这样才可以说,“人类命运共同体”是经济全球化可以追求的目标。As more and more?countries with different social systems and cultural traditions are enter into the world of economic globalization,especially as China’s economy rises and continues to grow and changes the pattern of economic globalization with its huge economic scale,can countries with different interests avoid major conflicts,resolve them peacefully,coordinate relations among themselves and achieve mutually beneficial and win-win development?Is?the ideal or feasible economic globalization and world economic integration necessarily or only possible to be a world with a single economic system,or can it be presented as a world in which the pluralistic and diversified economies coexist?This is,so to speak,a“question of the century”,to which the answer will become an epic game between China and the United States.The economic integration embodied or required by globalization means a high degree of mobility,unimpeded trade and integration of investment among various economies,but it is not that all the economies tend to be completely homogeneous and isomorphic.The concept of“harmony without uniformity”advocated by China should be the inevitable trend in the evolution of the world pattern and“integration without uniformity”is the feasible direction for the development of economic globalization.Economics should observe the new pattern of economic globalization from a new paradigm perspective.The Chinese economy and the world economy will further enhance mutual inclusiveness,which is beneficial to China and other countries.Only in this way can we say that a“community of shared future for mankind”is an achievable goal of economic globalization.
