摘 要:针对奶牛养殖废水COD、TN、氨氮浓度高的特点,以连续回分式活性污泥处理工艺为主,配合环保酵素进行相关设施、设备及技术改造,旨在为彻底解决困扰奶牛养殖场的废水资源化利用难题提供解决方案。运行结果表明,奶牛养殖场经干湿分离的废水,在进水COD、TN、氨氮、总磷分别为17000~21000、1000~1800、560~810、120~240 mg/L的情况下,出水水质达到了《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB 5084-2005)和《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596-2001)的要求,分别为COD<100 mg/L、TN<85 mg/L、氨氮<10 mg/L、总磷<5 mg/L,运行全成本为11.65元/m 3,实现了奶牛养殖废水稳定、高效的达标排放效果,基本解决奶牛养殖场高浓度有机废水资源化利用的难题。In view of the high concentration of COD,total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen in dairy cattle wastewater,the continuous recycling activated sludge treatment technology was designed as the main process to treat the cattle wastewater.The related facilities,equipment and technology were renovated with the Garbage Enzyme.The aim was to provide a solution for the wastewater problem in dairy cattle farm.The operation results showed that the effluent quality of the treated wastewater could meet the requirements of“Water Quality Standard for Irrigation in Farmland”(GB 5084-2005)and“Pollutant Discharge Standard for Livestock and Poultry Industry”(GB 18596-2001)after dry-wet separation when the COD,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus was in range of 17000~21000,1000~1800,560~810 and 120~240 mg/L in the influent wastewater,respectively.The COD,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the effluent water was less than 100,85,10 and 5 mg/L,respectively,and the operation cost was 11.65 yuan/m 3.The stable and efficient discharge of wastewater from dairy cattle farm has been achieved,and the treatment problem of high concentration organic wastewater from dairy cattle farm has been solved thoroughly.
