研究型教学模式在动物营养与饲料学课程群中的探索与实践

摘　　要：为提升动物营养与饲料课程群的教学效果,帮助学生更好地服务于畜牧生产,需要对其教学内容、教学方法进行改革。研究型教学模式将课程教学与科学研究相结合,教师在讲授专业理论知识的基础上,引导学生自主地将所学专业知识应用到科研中,在研究中积累知识、培养能力和锻炼思维。在这种模式下,动物营养与饲料学课程群的教学大纲被整合成五大模块,根据各个模块的内容特点采取不同的教学方式;同时依托江西省动物营养重点实验室的科研资源,以科研促进教学,培养学生的创新思维及自主学习能力;利用本科导师制和产学研结合的方式,提高本科生的专业素养和实践水平。研究型教学模式可有效提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,培养学生的创新思维和科研素养。In order to improve the teaching effect of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science courses and help students to adapt to livestock production and scientific research,teaching contents and methods of animal nutrition course need to be reformed.The research teaching method combines class teaching and scientific research,teachers guide students to apply professional knowledge to scientific research,and help them to accumulate knowledge and develop thinking ability on the basis of teaching professional theoretical knowledge.Under this model,the teaching contents of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science are integrated into five modules,and different teaching methods were adopted according to different characteristics of the modules.At the same time,the research resources in Jiangxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Animal Nutrition were used to promote teaching efficiency and enhance students'creative thinking and independent initiative.Meanwhile,undergraduate tutorial system and university-industry cooperation are applied to the research teaching.The research teaching mode stimulates students'enthusiasm effectively,and cultivates the innovative thinking and research ability of students.
