摘　　要：本文从地理空间视角出发,运用1993~2018年"一带一路"沿线41个国家面板数据,通过构建引力模型及空间计量模型,研究了影响跨境基础设施投资区位选择的因素。研究发现:地理距离与跨境基础设施投资的投资流量和项目数成反比,双边投资协定在其中发挥了正向调节作用。跨境基础设施投资受到第三国效应的正向影响,表现为,第三国基础设施投资的空间外溢性、第三国社会文化环境的区域互补性以及第三国不可观测因素正的空间相关性。此外,本文使用风险因子和层次分析法(AHP)构建非参数评价模型计算东道国经济环境、政府和制度环境以及社会文化环境综合得分,发现经济环境、政府和制度环境因子综合得分越高的国家对跨境基础设施投资吸引力越强。Based on the new geographic economics theory,from the perspective of geospatial perspective,using the panel data of 41 countries along the"one belt and one road"in 1993~2018,this paper empirically studies the influence of geographical distance and third country effect on location choice of cross-border infrastructure and the mechanism of action by constructing gravity model and extended gravitational model spatial econometric model.It is found that geographic distance is inversely proportional to cross-border infrastructure investment flows and projects,while bilateral investment agreements play a negative role in regulating geographic distance.Cross border basic investment is positively affected by the third country effect,which is manifested in the spatial spillover of investment,the regional complementarity of the social and cultural environment of the third country and the positive spatial correlation of the unobservable factors of the third country.In addition,this paper uses risk factors and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build a nonparametric evaluation model of host country’s economic environment,government and institutional environment,as well as social and cultural environment comprehensive score,and finds that the higher the comprehensive score of economic environment,government and institutional environment factors,the stronger the attraction of countries to cross-border infrastructure investment.
