摘 要:为了解陕西麟游县山羊吕氏泰勒虫感染情况,应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法对采自陕西麟游的209份山羊血液样品进行吕氏泰勒虫18S小亚基核糖体核糖核酸基因扩增,并对部分阳性样品进行遗传进化分析。调查显示,吕氏泰勒虫总感染率为61.2%(128/209);不同饲养方式、不同年龄、不同季节山羊的吕氏泰勒虫感染率均差异性显著(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05)。遗传进化分析表明,研究获得的泰勒虫分离株与吕氏泰勒虫(GenBank登录号:LC326009)位于同一分支上。该调查结果丰富了我国吕氏泰勒虫流行病学资料,并为该地区及同类地区羊泰勒虫病的防控提供科学依据。In order to understand the infection status of the Theileria luwenshuni in the goats of Linyou,Shaanxi,209 blood samples collected from Linyou,Shaanxi were amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)based on 18S small subunit ribosomal ribonucleic acid(18S rRNA)gene of Theileria luwenshuni,and some positive samples were sequenced and analyzed to establish a phylogenetic tree.The survey showed that the total infection rate of Theileria luwenshuni in goats was 61.2%(128/209).The infection rates of Theileria luwenshuni in different feeding methods,different ages and different seasons were significantly different(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05).The phylogenetic tree indicated that the Theileria isolate obtained in this investigation was located in the same branch as the Theileria luwenshuni(GenBank accession numbers:LC326009).The survey enriched the epidemiological data of Theileria luwenshuni in China and provided scientific references and evidence for the prevention and control of theileriosis in the region and similar areas.
