摘　　要：骨折指骨或软骨的完整性完全或不完全断裂。骨折同时伴随有不同程度的周围软组织损伤。引起骨折的原因很多,主要是由汽车撞伤或压伤、打击、高处摔落及枪击等引起。犬骨折多以骨盆、股骨、胫腓骨、后脚骨、大转子等处多发,其中股骨骨折较为常见。肝脏损伤是指在一些致病因素严重损伤肝细胞和枯否氏细胞,致使肝脏组织结构发生变化和功能表达出现障碍,然后出现肿大、黄疸、继发性感染等一系列症状。笔者在实习期间遇到一个较为少见的病例,通过X光拍片检查、血常规检查、生化检查、CRP检测确诊为股骨骨折并发肝脏损伤,虽然经过手术治疗与术后精心的护理,但是该病犬最终还是死亡。论文对该病例进行综合分析整理,提示车祸引起的骨折要注意是否发生内脏特别是肝脏的损伤。The fracture refers to the complete or incomplete damage of the integrity bone or cartilage.The fractures were accompanied by different degrees of peripheral soft tissue injury.There are many causes of fractures,mainly caused by car injuries or crushing,shock,falling and shooting.The fracture of the dog is more common in the pelvis,femur,tibia and fibula,hind feet bone and large trochanter,among which the femoral fracture is more common.Liver injury refers to the serious injury of liver cells and Kupffer cells in some pathogenic factors,resulting in the changes of liver structure and functional expression disorder,and then swelling,jaundice,secondary infection and other symptoms.The author encountered a rare case in the internship,through X ray examination,blood routine examination,biochemical examination and CRP test confirmed the femoral fracture complicated with liver injury,although the surgical treatment and postoperative care,but the sick dog ultimately died.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the case,indicating whether the fracture caused by car accident should pay attention to whether viscera-especially liver injury.
