摘  要:研究了一种新的乙基氯化物副产硫磺的提纯方法,采用溶解、中和、萃取分层、重结晶、过滤、脱溶、精馏的方法,提纯副产硫磺。比较合适的工艺条件是:溶剂采用二甲苯,中和剂采用液碱,溶解温度控制在100℃~110℃,结晶温度控制在0℃~5℃,溶剂循环次数为5次,经处理后的硫磺含量大于99.0%,符合国标合格品要求。A new purification method of by-product sulfur from O,O-diethyl chlorothiophosphate.The by-product sulfur was purified by means of dissolution,neutralization,extraction,stratification,recrystallization,filtration,desolution and distillation.The appropriate technological conditions were as follows:dimethylbenzene as solvent,liquid caustic soda as neutralizer,dissolution temperature was controlled at 100℃~110℃,crystallization temperature was controlled at 0℃~5℃,the number of solvent cycles was 5 times.After treatment,the sulfur content is more than 99.0%,agreeing with the requirements of the national standard for qualified products.
