健脾益肾法治疗男性Y染色体多态性变异患者少弱精子症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察健脾益肾法治疗男性Y染色体多态性变异患者少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法男性Y染色体多态性变异患者确诊为少弱精子症68例均分为两组。治疗组采用健脾益肾法(口服补肾强身丸)治疗,对照组口服维生素E治疗。1个疗程后观察两组临床疗效及精液质量和精子DNA碎片率等。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(79.4%vs.50.0%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后精液质量相关指标优于治疗前,且治疗组治疗后精子前向运动率、精子活动率、精子浓度、正常精子形态率以及液化时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后精子DNA碎片率均低于治疗前,且治疗组治疗后精子DNA碎片率低于对照组[(22.76±4.30)%vs.(26.55%±3.76)%](P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾法可有效改善男性Y染色体多态性变异患者少弱精子症的精子质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of spleen and kidney strengthening method in treating oligoasthenozoospermia of male patients Y chromosome polymorphism.Methods Sixty-eight male oligoasthenozoospermia patients with Y chromosome polymorphism were divided into two groups with 34 cases each.The patients in group A were treated with orally taking kidney tonic pill as spleen and kidney strengthening treatment and those in group B were orally taking vitamin E as the controls.After one course of treatment,clinical efficacy,semen quality and rate of sperm DNA fragments in two groups were observed.Results The total clinical effectiveness rate in group A was higher than that in group B(79.4% vs.50.0%)(P<0.05).The semen quality in both groups were better after treatment than those before(P<0.05).The relevant indicators including sperm forward motility rate,sperm motility rate,sperm concentration,normal sperm morphology rate and liquefaction time after treatment were better in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).The rate of sperm DNA fragments after treatment in both group was decreased(P<0.05),which in group A was even lower than that in group B [(22.76±4.30)% vs.(26.55±3.76)%](P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening spleen and kidney treatment can effectively improve the sperm quality in oligoasthenozoospermia patients with Y chromosome polymorphism.
